Obituary of Adelia Emily Wallis
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Adelia Wallis. She was born in 1926 in Graspe, Quebec. She was the daughter of the late William and Lilliam McAfee and loving wife of the late John Wallis. She worked at the Saint John General Hospital and at Fundy Linen before she retired. She will be missed by her daughters: Susan Breen of Saint John and Sandra Martin of Alberta, her sister Deliah Clark of Vancouver, her grandchildren: Cindy, Tony, Lance and Bonnie, 5 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband John, Adelia was predeceased by her son-in-law Robert Breen, brother Wallace, and sisters; Dora, Freda and Annie. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) where visitation will take place on Friday, April 21 from 12-2 with the service beginning immediately after in Brenan’s Chapel.
