Obituary of Alexandria Lillian Gibson Sheppard-Robertson
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Alexandria “Sandi” Lillian Gibson Sheppard-Robertson, on February 3, 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born November 22, 1940, in Kentville, Nova Scotia, to the late Charles and Lorna (Garvey) Millican.
Sandi will be profoundly missed by her son Michael (Lynn) Sheppard, daughters Alexandria “Cindi” Sheppard and Lori (Marcel) Sheppard Doiron, step-daughter Coral Matheson, sisters Judy (Bill) Walsh and Karen (the late Bob) Keyes, grandchildren; Ashlee, Mark, Josh, Janey, and Justin, step-grandchildren Evan and Morgan, great-grandchildren; Justice, Sadie, Layla, Jaxon, Jenna and Mark, as well as many extended family members and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her previous husband and father of her three children, Michael Sheppard, late husband Charles “Chuck” Robertson, and brother Charles “Mac” Millican.
We would like to extend our most sincere thank-you to the staff on the SICU floor for taking such great care of our mother.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). Visitation will be held from Brenan’s on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will take place in Brenan’s Chapel on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM. A reception will follow at the Carleton Curling Club (115 Rodney Street, Saint John, NB). Interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be greatly appreciated to the Joshua Group. Online condolences may be shared at www.brenansfh.com.
