Condolences to Carolyn and family. I have fond memories of John, and also his father Murray, who mentored me when I went to the mill. Both were men of integrity and swell guys. John was a great guy to work with. Yes, he was a man of few words……meaningful and appropriate words!

John was a part of our family all through the years - always a quiet, helpful presence, and always willing to lend a hand with any task, whether it be knowledgeable advice or a hands-on project. We will forever miss his kindness and his dry wit. We will especially miss him during summer visits to Kindred Spirits on the Island. We share his family's sorrow and loss.
