Obituary of Ronald Eugene Weldon
It is with profound sadness that the family of Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Weldon announces his passing at the age 64, on April 24, 2025. He passed away peacefully at Bobby’s Hospice surrounded by love. He was the son of Beatrice and Eugene Weldon.
Ronnie will be lovingly remembered by his spouse, Denise Wilson; daughters, Tanya (Craig) King, and Samantha (Brent) Weldon; siblings, Cecil (Linda) Weldon, Shirley Trites, and his grandchildren, Larissa, Tristan, Myleigh, and Levi. Along with his nieces, nephews and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Eugene and Beatrice Weldon and his brother, Murray Weldon.
Ronnie always lived life to the fullest. He was a carefree individual who enjoyed making people laugh. He never complained and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
He was an avid fisher and loved to hunt. If he wasn’t hanging drywall, you could catch him in the woods or relaxing with his friends. Anyone who knew Ronnie, knew that he was always “busy”.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424). Keeping with Ronnies wishes, there will be no service held. For those who wish, donations can be made to the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation, Cancer Care. Online condolences may be shared at www.brenansfh.com.
