Obituary of Murray Alan Wilson
The family of Murray Wilson of Saint John, husband of Vanda (Jacklin) Wilson, announce his passing which occurred on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 12, 1957 in Parrsboro, NS, he was a son of the late Robert and Lorena (Moore) Wilson.
Prior to his retirement, Murray was employed as a mechanic at Renforth Auto. Murray was always on the hunt for a good deal and was famous for his numerous collections over the years. He enjoyed the beach and took comfort in its beauty. Murray will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife, Vanda, Murray will be lovingly remembered by his children, Jason Wilson, Stephanie Wilson, Christopher Wilson (Stephanie), Kenneth Wilson (Nadine) and Drake Wilson (Brianna); brother, Harold Wilson (Dianne); many grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Wayne.
In keeping with Murray’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. However, relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will take place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the SJRH Palliative Care Unit c/o the SJRH Foundation.
