Obituary of Lynn Anne Bartlett
With heavy hearts, the family of Lynn Bartlett announce her passing on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born March 18, 1946, in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Douglas and Annie Mae (Holburn) Ross.
Lynn was a truly strong, joyful person to be around, who embraced life’s simple pleasures and enjoyed spending time with her loved ones. You could often find her with a hot cup of tea while watching tv, or out enjoying the sunshine on a warm day. She cherished her outings for shopping or just going for the drive, always up for the adventure. We will all deeply miss the smile that never left her face, and positive attitude that would brighten your day.
Lynn is survived by her three children: Kim Levesque (John), Steven Bartlett (Nicole), Kevin Bartlett; five grandchildren: Amanda, Michael (Dustin), Kelsey (Chris), Carly, and Colton; two great-grandchildren, Emma and Leland; her brother, Frank Ross (Marlene); and sister, Debbie Nelson (Ron); as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents, Lynn was predeceased by her husband, George Bartlett; sister, Sharon Hunt and her husband Bob; and nephew, Greg Ross.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424), where a time of visitation will take place for family and close friends on Monday, May 26, 2025 from 6 to 8 pm followed by a private service at a later time.
For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
