




Obituary of Robert "Bob" Wilson
With heavy hearts, the family of Bob Wilson, beloved husband of Louise (Nadeau) Wilson, announce his passing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at his residence in Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born May 24, 1954, in Saint John, he was a son of the late Robert and Mary (Shephard) Wilson.
In his younger years, Bob was involved in the City and District 8-Ball League, served as a Union Rep. at Irving Paper, sat on the City and District Labour Council, and served as Labour Representative for United Way of Saint John and as President of Saint John Condominium Corporation.
In addition to his loving wife Louise, Bob is survived by their daughter, Robyn Kloosterhof (Nick); grandchildren, Bailey and Paige Kloosterhof; brother, Bruce Wilson (Donna); sister, Darlene Shiels (David); and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Bob and Mary Wilson.
The family would like to thank the staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home for their care and friendship over the past couple of years. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). A private interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will take place at Rocky’s Sports Bar on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 1 to 4 pm.
For those who wish, remembrances to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick would be appreciated by the family.
