Head and shoulder, knees and toes
A little book, song that has been sung from every generation ago, continues into our as we start to grow old, I can picture her sitting in her little rocking chair as we sing and dance along all joyful with no care,
From making her tea out of her favourite cups to sitting back down and laughing with us, my great grand mother was a bright light, a courageous soul, telling us stories about how she grew old, now those stories, those songs, those little moments we spared are replaying in my mind, just proving how much my great grandmother cared , so I can hold onto her as long as I can, the colour purple comes to mind especially violet, a one of a kind, the colour you see all around, from a flower, a shirt or the Trees when autumn is near, just talking about it I can feel her right here,
From the day you are born to they day you depart, you stories, your legacy will be told from the heart,
Oh what a life my great grandmother lived to see her smile, laugh and cheer was the greatest moments I’ll hold so very dear, so with that said she lived a great life, now she gets to reunite, with all the love ones she missed for a bit and finally rest in peace knowing, all the lives she lit,

So sorry to hear the news of your Mother‘s passing. Like most mothers of her generation she was a no-nonsense, strong, willed and loving person with a great sense of humour. I always enjoy chatting with her and recall fondly our days in Rockwood Court. May you take comfort knowing we share your loss and strength from our prayers.
Sincerely Paul and Rena Smith.
