Obituary of Aldeane Mae McNeill

With heavy hearts, the family of Aldeane (Ramsay) McNeill, wife of 67 years to Joseph McNeill, announce her unexpected passing on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at her residence. Born February 4, 1933 in Wellington, PEI, she was a daughter of the late Wallace and Mary (Enman) Ramsay. In addition to her loving husband, Joseph, Aldeane will be missed by her children: Wallace McNeill (Marie), Linda Martin (the late Leonard), Sharon Ward (the late Leslie), Mary Eason, and Susan Patterson (the late Albert); brother, Victor Ramsay; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Ronald McNeill; brothers: Arthur and Ingham Ramsay; and sisters: Myrtle MacAusland and Janie Whitman. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). In keeping with Aldeane’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
