Obituary of Lillian Clara Harrison
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lillian Clara Harrison announces her passing which occurred on Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Loch Lomand Villa. Born in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of the late George and Alice (Grondines) Wheaton. Lillian lived in Moncton, Morna, and Saint John and worked at Eaton’s in Moncton and retired in 1976.
Lillian is survived by her nephews, Clifford McDonough (Gail), Mark Wheaton (Jane), Frank Wheaton, and Allen JR. Wheaton (Josie); nieces Nancy Laplante (Jacques) and Dawn Wheaton; sisters-in-law Lena McDonough and Betty McNab (Frank).
Aside from her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Cecil Harrison; brothers Allen and Ronald Wheaton and her sister Florence Stewart.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 12:10 PM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Donations in Lillian’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Loch Lomand Villa Fund, or to a charity of the donor’s choice..
