Obituary of John Frederick Sayre

The death of Mr. John Frederick Sayre, of Turnbull Home, Saint John, husband of the late Agnesmarie (Bowes) Sayre, occurred on Saturday, October 12, 2002, at his residence. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late John E. and Jean (Truman) Sayre. Mr. Sayre was employed at Polymer, in Sarnia, ON, for over 30 years, before his retirement in 1977. He is survived by one son, John Edward Sayre of Bedford, NS, one daughter, Catherine B. Sayre of Glen Burnie, MD, one brother, Geoff Sayre (Bev) of Rothesay, one sister, Kathleen Appleby of Toronto, ON, one grandson, Daniel Geoffrey Sayre, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Barbara. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, October 15, 2002 at 12:00 Noon. Interment in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
