Obituary of Gail Elizabeth McGaghey
It is with heavy hearts, the family of Gail Elizabeth McGaghey, announces her death, which occurred on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Gail was born in Saint John, NB on November 27, 1955 to the late Gerald and Doris (Smith) McGaghey. She was a member of the YMCA. Gail will be sadly missed by her family; six sisters; Elaine Case (Bob), Linda McNeil (David), Cathy Dugas (Curtis), Donna McCue (Thomas), Nancy McGaghey, all of Saint John, NB and sister; Cindy Juskus (Jonny Odell Fields) of Illinios, USA; two brothers, Dan McGaghey (Karen) and Harry McGaghey (Keith) both of Saint John, NB. Her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, as well as all those whose lives Gail touched throughout her life. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, John McGaghey.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424), with visitation on Monday, May 28, 2018 from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel at 12:00PM. For those who wish, remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
