Obituary of N.Velzora Todd
The passing of N. Velzora (Kincade) Todd occurred unexpectedly on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at her residence. She was born on August 28, 1932 in Cody’s, NB to the late James and Daisy (Browne) Kincade. She was the loving wife of Kenneth Todd for 68 years.
Growing up in Kingston, NB and living her married life in Saint John; Velzora worked many years in sales.
Velzora will be sadly missed by her family, her husband, Kenneth Todd; grandchildren, Kenneth G. Todd (Sara-Jane) and Terri (Chris) DesRoche; great-granddaughter, Sadie; great-grandson, Benjamin; sisters: Vera Erb, and Joanne (Doug Manning) Galbraith; brothers-in-law, Steve Varga (partner Helen), Jim Shaw and Thomas Todd (Helga); sister-in-law, Pauline Kincade and Ronald MacDonald; several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Velzora is predeceased by her son, Richard Todd; brothers, Russell, Norval and Ronald Kincade; sisters, Zelda Carle (Basil dec.), Doris MacLean (Charles dec.), Betty Erb, Donna Varga, Margaret Shaw, Verna Kincade; two infant sisters, Glenna and Shirley and brothers-in-law, Roy Erb, Robert, Winston, Garnet and Colter Todd.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (634-7424). There will be no visitation as per Velzora’s request. A funeral service will take place at Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Roger Graham officiating. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Ext. Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
