Obituary of Annie Elizabeth Slavin
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Annie Slavin, loving wife to David Lawrence, announces her passing which occurred on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on October 2, 1952 in Saint John, she was a daughter to the late Roy and Eleanor (Fudge) Slavin.
Annie was a devoted mother, wife and grandmother. Besides caring for her family, she loved nothing more than going for drives, especially ones that took her to the ocean. Annie will be missed dearly.
Annie is survived by her husband of 10 years, David, her sons: Richard (Bertha Forsythe), Jason and Ronald Slavin, her grandchildren: Paulina, Alyssa, Isabella and Richard, great-grandchildren: Mila and Konway, her brother James Slavin and sister Diane, along with many nieces, nephews and members of her extended family.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) where visitation will take place on Thursday, June 7 from 2-4 and 6-8. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 8 at 12:00 PM from Brenan’s Chapel.
