Obituary of Tina Marie Cameron
It is with broken hearts that the family of Tina Cameron announces her unexpected passing, which occurred on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Kitchener, Ontario on April 1, 1964, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Golding Walker and the late Rose Marie (Campbell) Fader.
Tina worked at the Dr. V.A. Snow Centre in Hampton for over 20 years, filling various roles in maintenance and housekeeping. She was a woman of many talents; she was handy at fixing and building things, and always willing to help someone in need. One of her favourite place to be was at the camp, where she enjoyed hunting and nature. She was an avid softball player and snowshoer with her friend, Helen, and also took part in Relay for Life and donated her hair to Locks of Love.
Tina will be missed by her loving life-partner, Richard McEachern; her sons, Matthew and Luke Cameron; her siblings, Debbie (Doug), John, Thomas (Cyndi), Albert (Colleen) and David (Nelsa); sister-in-law Debbie; brother and sisters-in-law, Doug, Audrey, June and Lola; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 12-2 pm. A Celebration of Tina’s life will be held following visitation on Tuesday at 2:00 pm in Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Relay for Life, or a charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be placed at www.BrenansFH.com
