Obituary of Douglas Vernon Greenlaw
The death of Douglas Vernon Greenlaw, husband of Enid M. (Currie) Greenlaw, occurred on December 1, 2002, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in St. Andrew's, NB, he was the son of the late Earle and Velma (Malloch) Greenlaw. He served during WW II with the Canadian Army. He was employed as General Manager for Emerson Bros. and Pascal Emerson before his retirement. He is survived by his son Brian Greenlaw and his wife Anne of Saint John, his daughter Janet Magee and her husband Bob of Saint John, his brother Raymond Greenlaw and his wife Lorretta of Quispamsis, his grandchildren Rob Magee (Tracey), Angie McDonald (Steven), Brian C. Greenlaw (Julie), Stephen Greenlaw, Beth Fair (Dana), five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Donald Greenlaw. Although there will not be visitation at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise R ow (634-7424), the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2002, at 10:00 AM, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. www.brenansfh.com
