Obituary of Gary Lloyd Cunningham
The death of Mr. Gary Lloyd Cunningham, of Nauwigewauk, NB, husband of Carole (Peters) Cunningham, occurred on Thursday, November 7, 2002, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Sussex, NB, Gary is the son of Patricia (McIllwraith) Cunningham and the late Sterling Cunningham. For over 10 years, Gary had been employed with RST Trucking. He was active with Misquito Minor Ball. Gary will be sadly missed and remembered by his loving wife, Carole, his two sons, Matthew and Michael, and his daughter Kasie, all at home, children from Gary's first marriage James, Cathy (Greg) Cronk, and Chrissy (Pat) Forbes and their children, his mother, Patricia, his four brothers, David (Dawn) of Saint John, William “Bill” (Cynthia) of Lower Sackville, NS, Alan and Robert (Carol), both of Norton, his two sisters, Deborah (Mrs. Gerald Daley) and Linda (Mrs. Chris Bickerton), both of Norton, his mother-in-law, Pauline Peters, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Sterling. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7424, with visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 11, 2002, at 2:00 PM from St. Alphonsus' Church, Hampton, NB. Interment will take place at Hampton Rural Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
