Obituary of Gaston Burton Levesque

The death of G. Burton Levesque of Boars Head Road, husband of the late Roma Marie (Beaulieu) Levesque occurred on Saturday, January 31, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Grand Falls, NB, he was the son of the late Edmond and Alice (Powers) Levesque. Burton was employed as a Burner at the Saint John Shipbuilding until his retirement. He is survived by one son Jesse (Ann) Levesque of Saint John, two daughters, Elaine (Ken) Lawrence and Maria (Les) Gallant both of Saint John, one brother Roderick Levesque of Ontario, two sisters, Sister Monique Levesque of Moncton and Carmen of Grand Falls, NB, seven grandchildren, Kenneth, Marcus, Jeffrey, Shawn, Roma Ann, Catlin and Katie, three great-grandchildren, Alexis, Tyler and K. J, several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents he was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the charity of the donors' choice.
