Obituary of Elmer F. Boyle
The death of Elmer F. Boyle occurred on January 23, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late John E. and Margaret (Worden) Boyle. He served during WW II with the Canadian Army. He was employed with CP Rail with the Grain Elevators before his retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing. He was the beloved uncle of Thomas Boyle and Patricia Boyle and is survived by his sister Jean Muir of Exeter, ON, nieces and nephews Judy Boyle, David Muir, Rob Muir, Margaret Wilson, Teddy Boyle, Herman Boyle, Linda Valdez, Vida Robinson, Jason Beckstead and Jennifer Bean. He was predeceased by his brothers Percy, Herman and Truman and his sister Olive Jenny. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday from 1-5 PM. The Royal Canadian Legion will hold a Tribute to a Veteran Service at 3:30 PM on Sunday. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2003, at 1:00 PM, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. www.brenansfh.com
