Obituary of Emma May Hutchinson
The death of Emma May Hutchinson of Hampton, NB, wife of Howard Hutchinson, occurred on Friday, September 24, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Norton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Trueman Bishop and Leona Thelma (Dibblee) Teakles. Mrs. Hutchinson was a member of the Ladies Association of the Sergeants Mess, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #53, Jervis Bay and the City and District Dart League. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Anthony H. “Tony” Hutchinson (Jane) of Hampton, Brian M. Hutchinson and Todd E. Hutchinson (Vivian) both of Saint John, two daughters, Christene M. Sooley (Daryl Saunders) and Kimberly A. Chown both of Hampton, three brothers, Lloyd Teakles (Ginny) of Saint John, Donald Teakles (Donna) of Gagetown and Carmen Teakles (Susan) of Salt Springs, two sisters, Harriett Hutchinson (Donald) and Helen Connell, both of Grand Bay-Westfield, 10 grandchildren, one great grandson, several nieces and nephews. By request there will be no visiting. Memorial service will be held at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at 1:00 PM. Interment in Riverbank Cemetery, Norton. Remembrances to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
