One of my fondest childhood memories is of Mr Gould drawing and talking the weather report on CHSJ TV. My sisters and I would run into the living room and sit cross legged in front of the black and white tv and watch Mr Gould draw and tell the weather a mile a minute. The rain and umbrella, the sun and clouds he would render with the biggest piece of white chalk I ever saw. The old blackboard would shake like it was going to take flight itself. What an incredible man of many accomplishments. My sincere yet belated condolences to all who cherish his memory.
