Obituary of Frederick Joseph Bedford
Bedford, Frederick J. … The death of Frederick “Fred” Joseph Bedford of Saint John, NB, partner of Shelley Donaldson, occurred on Friday, June 20, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John he was a son of Vivian S. (Moore) and the late Frederick W. Bedford. Fred was employed with Classic Construction as a truck driver. Besides his partner and mother he is survived by one young son, F.J. Colten Bedford; three daughters, Lisa Garnett, Melissa Gillespie and Jillian Bedford all of Saint John; three brothers, Stephen (Michelle), Shawn (Krista) both of Saint John, Gary (Andrea) of Grand Bay/Westfield; three sisters, Darlene (Ron) Despres, Karen Bedford, Lori Dryden all of Saint John; five grandchildren, two step-children, Colby and Ryan, four step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Monday and Tuesday, June 23 & 24, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 am. Interment will take place in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery, Black River, NB. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
