Obituary of Amy Lee Buchanan

It is with great sadness that the family of Amy Lee Buchanan announces her peaceful passing on Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Sussex Health Center. Her humor and bravery shone bright throughout it all. Amy was the daughter of Clarence Buchanan of Millbrook, NB and Audrey McFarland (Andy) of Sussex Corner, NB. She lives on in the heart of her two children: Nicholas and Violet Buchanan; her step-brothers: Mike (Trina) and Shawn McFarland; step-sister, Melissa McFarland; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Beaman, along with many other extend family members. Besides her paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather, Amy was predeceased by her brother, William Buchanan. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, 634-7424. As per Amy’s request a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (NB) or charity of the Donor’s Choice.
