Obituary of Donald Martel Elliott
The death of Donald “Don” Elliott of Saint John, NB, husband of the late Pauline (Robichaud), occurred on Monday, July 14, 2008 at his residence. Born in Saint John, NB on January 8, 1937, he was a son of the late John and Mable Elliott. Don had been employed as a waiter at various restaurants before his retirement. Survived by a son, Robin of Vancouver, BC; a daughter, Dawn Elaine (Robert) Breau of Musquash, NB; a brother, Wayne (Shirley) of Truro, Ns; two sisters, Barbara (Ralph) Agnew and Hazel (Robert) Elliott-Dylan, both of Sussex, NB; two sisters-in-law, Carmel & Marion Elliott; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three brothers, Gordon, Charlie and John, and one sister, Evelyn. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. At Don’s request there will not be any visiting or funeral service. A Graveside Service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Friday, July 18, 2008 at 3 pm. Remembrances may be made to any charity of choice.
