Dorothy is the last surviving member of her immediate family; she is survived by two nephews, Albert Loughery (Julie) of Markham, ON and Merrill Loughery (Pat) of Saint John, and several cousins. She was predeceased by sisters Jean Loughery and Bertha Daley; and by brothers Emmerson and Grenville Loughery. Employed for many years by the Federal Government, she retired in 1972. She has been associated with the Federal Superannuates Association and Fundy Branch 68 of the Royal Canadian Legion. An Anglican by faith, she was a member of St. Mary and St. Bartholomew’s Church, Saint John and St. Thomas Church, Black River.
