Obituary of Charlene Danielle Brideau
Surrounded by her loving family, the death of Charlene "Jo-Jo" Brideau occurred at Bobby’s Hospice on Saturday, January 28, 2012 after a seven month spiritually transforming journey with breast cancer. Jo-Jo was born December 27, 1963 to Marlene (Chisholm) and the late Ronald Brideau. She was a devoted mother to her only child, Corey. She was a passionate Boston Bruins fan and loved to cook for her church family at Forest Hills Baptist Church. Besides her mother and son, Jo-Jo is survived by her big sister, Charmagne Stevens (Rick); her "twins", Shelly Martin (Mike) and Kelly Kelly; her only brother Ron; nieces, Trisha and Erin; nephews, Ryan, Michael, and Jason; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 12:00 PM from Forest Hills Baptist Church, with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery following a reception in the church hall.
