Obituary of Michael Joseph Anderson
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Michael Joseph Anderson of Saint John, NB, husband of Genevieve (Lamusse) (Lagos) Anderson, which occurred on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 5, 1942 in Amherstburg, ON. Michael loved to play golf and poker. He was a very loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Michael will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Genevieve; son, Kevin Lagos (Cathy); daughters, Kathy Lagos; Tina Gatien (Vance) and Chantelle Anderson; granddaughter, Leanne Lagos; grandson, Kale Lagos; special niece, Teresa Ingraham (Wayne). Predeceased by his parents. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 2:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. For those who wish remembrances may be to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
