Obituary of Lois Ruth Logue
It is with great sadness that the family of Lois Ruth Logue, wife of Brian Logue, announce her passing on February 16, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on March 25, 1943, she was a daughter of the late John and Florence (Nugent) Davidson. Lois worked as the Office Manager for Godfrey and Associates for 28 years. In her earlier years, Lois summered at Sandy Point, and in later years, enjoyed spending her summers at the camp on Kennebecasis Island with her family and many close friends. She also enjoyed horses and bowling. In addition to her husband Brian, Lois is survived by her children Laurel Kathleen Sullivan (Danny), of Grand Bay, Heather Christine Onysty (Barrie), of Athabasca, AB, Jonathan Robert Sullivan (Heather Moulton), of Saint John, granddaughter Amanda Onysty, brother Robert Davidson of Hatfield Point, sister-in-law Patsy Garey, special friend Linda Kerwin, nephews Andrew Davidson (Joanne Duplesis) and Michael Davidson (Stephanie Butler), and her special companions, Abby and Henry. In addition to her parents, Lois was pre-deceased by her sister-in-law, Betty Davidson. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of the Assumption on Monday at 12:00 noon.
