Obituary of Dwayne Malcolm Cook
Dwayne M. Cook, of Saint John, husband of Lynn Cook, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at home. Born in Saint John, he was a son of the late Kingsley and Joan (McDonald) Cook. Dwayne was employed at Midas Muffler as a mechanic assistant for a number of years. In later years he enjoyed building model ships and guns out of wood. Besides his wife, Lynn, Dwayne is survived by his children, Dawn, Saint John; Melissa, Dwayne and Jennifer at home; grand son, Michael; brother, Jodie Cook; sister, Charlene (Richard) Harrison; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Kingsley Cook. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral service will be held from St. George Anglican Church, 100 Watson Street, Saint John West, on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 11 AM. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
