Obituary of Emily Marie Muise
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Friday, February 4, 2011. Emily was born on November 14, 1920 in Meteghan Centre, Nova Scotia. She was the daughter of Edmond and Elizabeth (Gallant) LeBlanc. Emily will be sadly missed by her children, Trudy Blake (Jack), Jacqueline, Betty, Pat Jones (Allan), Raymond (Sue), Sharon Eagles (David), Susan, beloved son Gary and god daughter, Elizabeth LeBlanc. Emily began this journey on the birthday of her predeceased husband of 61 years, Benjamin. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Yvonne. Emily had eighteen grandchildren, Alan, John, Kevin, Douglas, Samantha, Dereck, Lisa, Tanya, Keith, Nicole, Kelly, Courtney, Raymond, David, Shelli, Benjamin, Tricia and Phillip. She was great grandmother of twenty two and great great grandmother of five. Family card games and Sunday bingo with her friends were her greatest pastimes. Rest in peace Emily you are going home. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday, February 6, 2011 from 7-9 pm and Monday, February 7, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Peter’s Church on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or any charity of choice. Online condolences may be placed at www.brenansfh.com.
