Obituary of William L. Loeman
Surrounded by his family the death of Bill Loeman, husband of Susan (Beatteay) Legacy occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, March 3, 2012. He was born on October 4, 1955 in Saint John to Ruth (Grant) (Loeman) Hansen and the late Arnold Loeman. Bill worked for Red Rose Tea and Midland Trucking; he was a dock foreman/supervisor. In his spare time Bill enjoyed movies and television. Besides his wife Susan, Bill is survived by daughters: Kim Legacy (Tom Parker) of Wicklow, Crystal Legacy (Jeff Cook) of Grand Bay-Westfield and Tanya Legacy (Dana Perry) of Rothesay; brothers: Jack of Perth-Andover, Herb of Saint John, Ken (Patricia) of Grand Bay-Westfield and Brian of Perth-Andover; grandchildren: Dylan, Jacob, Matthew, Kaylee, Madison, Sarah-Lynn, Jonathan and Cole and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 2 pm. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the SJRH Palliative Care Unit for extraordinary care and compassion that Bill received.
