Obituary of Patricia Alma Bonner
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Patricia Alma Bonner, wife of the late Edward Bonner, which occurred on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Wirral, NB on May 4, 1919 she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Marion Monahan. Patricia worked for Irving Oil for many years. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 14. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Richard) Arseneau; four grandchildren, Jodie (Jon), Christopher (Corissa), Danny (Michelle) and Patricia; two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Kennedy; two sisters, Alice Brown and Ruth Monahan; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters, Eunice and Ann; two brothers, John and Art; and step-son, Danny Bonner. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception at 10:00 am. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish remembrances may be made to the Boys and Girls Club (Hot Lunch Program) would be appreciated by the family.
