Obituary of Allison Goddard
Allison Goddard of Saint John passed away on August 11, 2013, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, after a period of failing health. Born in Saint John on September 6, 1941, he was a son of the late Courtney and Nancy (Finlayson) Goddard. He worked for T.W Grant as a truck driver, but spent over 25 years as a Bartender at the Buffalo Club, and was a member of the R.A.O.B, since 1964. Snowball was a very easy going man, who loved to joke; everybody loved him. Allison is survived by his wife, Sharon Cripps, sons Joseph, Jonathan (Karen), and Courtney, daughter Brenda London, step-daughter Erica Hutton (Austin), sisters Florence Clancy and Grace Landry, brother Raymond Goddard, as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Snowball is also survived by good friend, Brenda Allaby. In addition to his parents, Snowball was pre-deceased by his brothers George and Bill. In keeping with Snowball’s wishes, no funeral services will be observed. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). Online condolences and remembrances may be placed at www.BrenansFH.com
