She will always be lovingly remembered as a devoted and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Besides her husband, Hank, Lulu is also survived by her children, Peter Dobbelsteyn (Kathleen) of Toronto, Mary Bard (Luc) and Beth Mazerolle all of Saint John; sisters, Colleen Crilley (Frank), Laureen Joyce and Marta Shannon (Ian Barton) all of Saint John; grandchildren, Katherine, Samantha, Franca and Nella; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Jacob; as well as several nieces and nephews. Lulu was predeceased by her brother, David Shannon; sister-in-law, Fran Shannon and brother-in-law, Richard Joyce. Lulu’s family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home for the excellent care that was always provided to her. The concern and support shown towards Lulu and her family will never be forgotten. To the staff of 4CN and Palliative Care, your kindness and care will always be remembered. Also, a special thank you to Dr. Chris O’Brien for his assistance and guidance.
