Obituary of Augustus Joseph Jesso
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Augustus Jesso announces his passing on Monday, November 5, 2012 at the Loch Lomond Villa Nursing Home, husband of the late Theresa (Young) Jesso. Born in Sheves Cove, NL on April 6, 1916 he was a son of the late John and Philomena (Chaisson) Jesso. Augustus is survived by his children, Viola of Nova Scotia; Clarence of Saint John; Hughie of Prince Edward Island; Richard of Ontario; Thaddeus (Ann) of Saint John; twins, Carter and Peggy both of Saint John; Blanch of Ontario; Clifford of Saint John; Gail of Saint John and Bobby of Saint John; two brothers, Archie and Hilary; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, wife, daughter, Mathilda and several brothers and sisters. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 12:00 noon. Interment to take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, remembrances to any charity of the donor’s choice.
