Obituary of Walter Edwin Parker
Walter Edwin Parker passed away on January 19, 2016 at home. Born on March 12, 1942 in Saint John he was a son of the late George and Maude (Butler) Parker. Walter worked for Killam Properties Inc. as a property manager for over 10 years. Surviving are his wife, Nancy; daughters Robyn (Kevin) Parker Brideau, Saint John and Heather Parker, Toronto; grandchildren, Jesse, Madison, Heidi, Kaya and Natalya; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Jim Parker and sister, Bernadette Ferguson. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424), with visitation on Friday, January 22, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral liturgy will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations in memory of Walter may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
