Obituary of Yvon Joseph Gauvin

Yvon Joseph Gauvin, Saint John passed away on January 24, 2016 at home. Born on July 11, 1950 he was a son of the late Azade Gauvin and Cécilia (Boudreau) Gauvin. Surviving are his wife, Brenda; step-daughter, Rhonda and 4 grandchildren; sisters, Alexina, Diane, Yvonne, Lauza, Eva, Thérèse and Cécilia; brothers, Gérard, Bill, Patrice, Clarence and Roger; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Claude Gauvin. Arrangements are entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation held on Wednesday, January 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will take place at Brenan’s Chapel on Thursday, January 28 at 10 AM with interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. www.Brenansfh.com
