Obituary of Leonard Parks Justason

It is with great sadness the family of Leonard Parks Justason, loving husband of Colette (Michaud), announce his passing, which occurred on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on February 8, 1943, he was a son of Muriel (Woodbury) and the late Carroll Justason. Before retirement, Leonard worked for Canada Post on Rothesay Ave. in Saint John for 26 years. He had a passion for karaoke and could often be found enjoying that passion with his wife Colette. Besides his wife and mother, Leonard is survived by his children Anthony, Robert and Dorina Justason and Angela Byers-Galloway; brother Stanley (Valda) Justason; grandchildren Caleb, Roman, Alicia, Kristen, Ashley, Jaclyn, Shannon and Cody; and several other members of his extended family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). By family request, there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM in Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
