Midge started her working career as a hairdresser at MRA’s and went on to work at Bill’s Barber Shop for many years. She was a member of St. Pius X Church and frequently attended St. Bridget’s Church. Midge always took great comfort in her faith and loved her church family. She was a long standing member of the Stork Club, Red Hatters, Peninsula Pearls and the Liberal Association. Midge loved dancing and music and will fondly be remembered for singing on Uncle Bill’s Radio Show. In her younger years, she enjoyed playing high school basketball. Most of all, Midge treasured the times spent with those she loved. She will be sadly missed. Midge will be remembered as the beloved mother of Hope Ann Richardson (William) of Fredericton, Edward Jennings of Quispamsis, Vickie Jennings of Ontario and Christa Priest (Darren) of Quispamsis; grandchildren, Jeffrey Richardson (Karla O’Regan) of Fredericton and Mark Richardson (Devon LaBerge) of Toronto; as well as several special nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Vaughan, Mildred Keir, Frances Godin and John "Pug" Vaughan.
