Obituary of Ivan William Howe
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ivan William Howe, son of John and Elizabeth Howe. Ivan passed surrounded by family on February 12, 2016 at the age of 82 years old, born on April 14, 1933. Ivan is survived by his wife of 29 years, Olive, his children: Sharron (Mike) Stone of Moncton, Richard (Dugna) Howe, Ivan Jr Howe and John Howe all of Edmonton, Kim Muise (Brian) of Nackawic, Tracey Howe (Norman) of Moncton, and Jennifer Howe of Saint John, his grandchildren: Keith, Justin, Kelly, Jeff, Mark, Matthew, Marissa, Vanessa, Billy, Zachery, Zoey, Felicia and Tisha, several great grandchildren, his sisters: Inez and Genieve, his brother Lester along with many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ivan is predeceased by his first wife Doris, his son William (Billy), his grandson Michael, his brothers: Alphonse, Gerald, Benjamin and Donald and his sisters: Dorothy, Catherine, Betty, Susan, Bernice, Stella and Anna. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Betty McLean. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) where visitation will be held on Monday, February 15 and Tuesday February 16 from 2-4 and 6-8. A funeral liturgy will be held on Wednesday, February 17 at 12 PM from St. Peter’s Church. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or a charity of donor’s choice, and online condolences can be placed at www.brenansfh.com
