Born in Hibernia, NB on July 9, 1919, she was a daughter of the late John and Ella Mae (Livingstone) McConchie. Eva was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Eva was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, baking, scrapbooking and keeping genealogical records of her family’s history. Eva was a resident of the Loch Lomond Villa for many years. She assisted on the resident council board for several years, and made many friends during her time there. Eva will be missed by her children: Robert "Bobby" Molasky (Debbie), Ruth Cavers (Garth), Donna Molasky, Judy White (the late Noah) and Heidi Peddle (Mark); her beloved grandchildren: Kirk, Katie, Scott, Andrew, Julie, Phil, Noah, Heidi, CJ, Casandra and Courtney; 19 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Eva was predeceased by her siblings: Merrill, Gordon, Lee, Hazel, Ida, Lily, Clara, Gertie, Fenton, Walter and Herb. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff, doctors and volunteers of the Loch Lomond Villa for their compassionate care of Eva during her time with them. Your kindness is appreciated and will never be forgotten. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
