Obituary of Audrey Frances Drew
It is with great sadness the family of Audrey Frances (Trott) Drew, loving wife of the late John D. Drew, announce her passing, which occurred on Saturday, October 8, 2016. Born in Saint John, NB on May 4, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Nugent) Trott. Audrey will be missed by her children Frederick (Vicky), Gregory (Thelma) and Mary Drew (George Byers), all of Saint John; brother Donald (Marilyn) Trott; sisters Dorothy Johnson, Harriet Taylor, Mary Pettie, Shirley (Gordon) Saunders, Barb Brennan, and Margaret (Tommy) Mason; brother in law Harry Cross, 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren including her special grandchildren Mary and George Byers and great granddaughter Cadan Webb. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brothers John, Fred and Charles Trott, sisters Joan Cross and Ruth Doucett; and brothers in law Cecil Johnson, Bobby Pettie, Bob Brennan and Harold Doucett. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Keeping with Audrey’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Audrey may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB.
