Obituary of Rose Anne Hebert
The death of Rose Hebert of Embassy Hall, Quispamsis, beloved wife of the late Prosper Hebert occurred on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at her residence. Born on April 9, 1933 in Enniskillen, NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Jean (Murray) Duplisea. Prior to her retirement, Rosie was employed at Woolworths where she formed many friendships throughout the years. She always took great comfort in her faith and was a member of St. Pius X Church. Rosie enjoyed volunteering and spent numerous hours doing so with the North End Food Bank and Elections Canada. Rosie treasured the times spent with those she loved and also enjoyed travelling and reading. She will be sadly missed. Rosie is survived by her daughters, Claudette Earle (Gary) and Rosemarie Butler (Steve) all of Saint John; siblings, Jack Duplisea (Teresa), Albert Duplisea (Hilda) and Kay Martin (Leo) all of Saint John; grandchildren, Sherry (Mike), Lisa (Peter) and Gregg; great-grandchildren, Josh, Devyn, Noah and Cohen; as well as several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Pius X Church, 316 Somerset Street, Saint John on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
