Obituary of Thelma Ann McPhee
McPHEE, THELMA A.- The death of Thelma Ann McPhee of 39 Green Haven Lane, Saint John, wife of the late Terence McPhee, occurred peacefully surrounded by those who love her, on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital following a brief battle with cancer. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late William H. (Bill) and Ada Elizabeth (Lines) Paget. Thelma was well known among the bowling community and was a special friend to all those who needed an ear to listen or a shoulder to lean on. She is survived by one daughter, Kimberley Williams (Larry Pitre) of Saint John, grandsons, Terence (T.C.) Williams and Kristopher Williams, step-children, Anne Wong (Peter) of Saint John, Michael McPhee of Edmonton, AB, Norman McPhee of the NWT and Daniel McPhee of Edmonton, AB, dear friend and caregiver, Karen Keating, four sisters, Irene Wetmore (Fred) of Cody's, NB, Mary Winchester (Austin) of Saint John, Kathleen Michaelson of Los Angeles, CA and Pauline Lawrence (Garnett) of Saint John, two brothers, Clarence Paget of Saint John and Crandall Paget of Toronto, ON, one aunt, Tinna McNeil of Quispamsis, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, February 24, 2005. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 25, 2005 at 10 AM. Following cremation, interment will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated. www.brenansfh.com
