Obituary of Marjorie D. Graves
The death of Marjorie Doreen Graves of Mecklenburg St. occurred on Friday, May 27, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late William and Hildred (Clark) Graves. Marjorie was employed as a processing aid at the General/Saint John Regional Hospitals for 31 years until her retirement. She is survived by one daughter Marlene (Gary) Stewart of Saint John; two brothers: Ronald (Rose) Graves of Ottawa and Wayne (Bonnie) Graves of Saint John; two sisters: Sandra (Harold) McCarthy of Saint John East and Darlene (Robert) Dickison of Saint John; sister- in-law Rose Graves, one granddaughter Rachael, several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be sadly missed by her family, extended family and special friend Gwen Griffin. Besides her parents she was predeceased by two brothers: John Douglas and William. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, May 29, 2005 from 7-9 pm and Monday, May 30, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
