Obituary of Theresa Mary Adams
The death of Theresa Mary Adams of 161 Beacon Street, Saint John, wife of Roger Adams, occurred on Wednesday, June 16, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in St. George, NB, she was the daughter of the late Aime and Doris (Maloney) Myers. Mrs. Adams was a Sales associate with the Salvation Army for 24 years, before her retirement. She was a member of St. John the Baptist and Stella Maris Parishes and loved people, traveling and country music. Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Deborah Ann Adams (Lane Kirkpatrick) of Hamilton, ON, Christine Mary Goodin (John Eliassen) of Rothesay and Sharon Ann Adams (Timothy Gallant) of Saint John, one brother, Raymond Myers (Linda) of Saint John, three sisters, Yvonne Patterson (John), Zita Melanson and Marie Dominey (Leslie) all of Saint John, five grandchildren, Jan, Cynthia, Angela, Timothy and Gavin, four great grandchildren, Kristen, Justus, Draven and Caleb, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Lawrence and Carl and two sisters, Carol and Muriel Ann. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 10:00 AM. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
