Obituary of Kathleen Teresa Long
Mrs. Kathleen Teresa (Malone) Long passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 6, 2005 (Little Christmas). Kathleen (Kay) was born in Goshen, NB on August 12, 1920. Kay was predeceased by her loving husband, Walter. She will be greatly missed by her two daughters, Norah and Ann Marie, her two sons, Tom (Jean) and Leo (Ellen) and her two granddaughters, Corinne and Kathleen. Kay came from a large family and leaves behind her brother Leo, and five sisters, Mildred, Marie, Irene, Josephine and Elsie, as well as brothers-in-law, Walter, Wayne and Murph and sisters-in-law Sue, Winnie, Dorothy, Gert, Inez and Jessie and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved and cared for. She was strong, graceful, elegant and warm, and for these qualities she will be remembered by many friends, neighbours and acquaintances, young and old. She was a ripple in the water. God bless her and all of us who must carry on.
