Obituary of Frances Meriam Murphy
Murphy, Frances Meriam (MacDonald)- died peacefully after a lengthy illness, Sunday October 31, 2004, at Saint John Regional Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband James (Jim) Blakely Murphy, and their infant son David. She is survived by her children, Mike (Jill), Donna (David), Joan, Allan (Claudine) and Meta and eight grandchildren. Frances' dedication to her family, love of children and animals was always foremost in her life. She will be missed and fondly remembered as a beloved mother and grandmother. She will live forever in our hearts. Resting at Mattatall Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, NS (902-893-3177) with visitation on Wednesday 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Truro, on Thursday, November 4, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Robie Street Cemetery, Truro. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the Mental Health Association or Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
