Obituary of Wendell Perry
The death of Wendell Perry of Charlton Place, husband of Deborah (Copeland) Perry, occurred on Thursday, March 31, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, he was a son of Willie and the late Myrtle (Steeves) Perry. Wendell was employed with Bill Lynch Midway as a ride operator and Vet's Taxi. Besides his father and wife, he is survived by two brothers: Donald Perry of Vancouver; and Kevin (Barbara) Carvell of Saint John; two sisters: Barbara (Gordon) Carvell and Francine Fillier, both of Saint John; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Besides his mother, he was predeceased by one brother, Douglas. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, April 3, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 4, 2005 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB, or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
