Obituary of Frederick P. Constantine
The death of Frederick P. Constantine of 142 Westmorland Road, Saint John, husband of the late Esther J. (Logue) Constantine, occurred on Wednesday, September 3, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Petitcodiac, NB, he was the son of the late Nelson E. and Arletta E. (Colpitts) Constantine. Mr. Constantine graduated from Sussex High School and Provincial Normal School (Teacher's College) and taught School in Mount Middleton and Long Reach, before joining the District Post Office and retired as Supervisor of Staff Services and Personnel in 1973. He was a Deacon of Central Baptist Church for many years, and is now an Honorary Deacon and was a member of the Federal Superannuates Association He is survived by brothers-in-law, Ottis I. Logue of Fredericton, Kenneth G. Logue (Jean)of Saint John and Frank F. Logue (Jean) of Fredericton, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, Edward (Ned), F. Stuart and Ralph. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Central Baptist Church on Friday, September 5, 2003 at 1:00 PM. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
